If these rules are not followed, consequences may occur.
Forum Rules
¤ Respect. Please show respect for members and staff. In turn, they will do the same for you.
¤ Obedience. Staff have the authority on this site - if they ask you to do something, please listen.
¤ Patience. Nobody has all the time in the world. Please be patient when waiting for a question to be answered or a character to be accepted.
¤ Kindness. Please display kindness and, in general, treat people how you wish to be treated.
¤ Profanity. Keep the cursing to a minimum. This site uses a censoring system; please do not try to evade it. Curses such as 'hell' or 'damn' are fine, but take rules one and four into account and do not ever curse at another individual.
¤ Disagreements. Any arguments should be kept to private messages and out of the shout box and/or forum. Note that staff can and will ban members from the shout box or forum if necessary.
¤ Report. If you are made uncomfortable by anyone - staff member or member - please report it immediately to a staff member, preferably one of higher ranking than the member that has made you feel in this way.
¤ Activity. All members should be active; this will be judged by random activity checks. However, if you are a clan leader, you are expected to log on at least three days per week and post in a roleplay thread at least once a week on top of the activity checks. Deputies and medicine cats should follow the same rules as clan leaders for the most part.
¤ Discussions. If at all possible, please keep politics and religion out of discussions as they typically cause arguments. If you believe that you can have a civilized conversation, go ahead, but keep in mind that any and all arguments dealt with publicly can result in consequences for all involved parties.
Roleplay Rules
¤ Characters. Unusual eye colors and some strange markings are allowed within reason. All characters are subject to staff approval or denial; please do not be offended if you are asked to change something.
¤ Powerplaying/Godmodding. Do not control someone else's character. For instance, if you play Bob and I play Susan, I cannot say "Bob stole Susan's candy, so she punched him in the face and broke his nose. He cried." Also, nobody is permitted to create a character that can control the environment or anything of the like. Only StarClan has permission to do that.
¤ Relationships. Although romantic relationships are welcome, please keep in mind that excessive sexualized roleplay will not be tolerated. This is not a forum to roleplay smut.
¤ Plots. Please take note that this site is slightly more mature than most warriors roleplays, and it may include dark themes at times. Be prepared for this upon joining. Despite this, you are not required to post in a thread that makes you uncomfortable.
¤ Word Count. Although we do not require a certain number of words per post, we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the site free of one-liners/two-liners. A healthy one to four paragraph post is always accepted, though it can be shorter or longer. Everyone has bad days, and everyone starts out somewhere.
¤ Clan leaders. You will be a moderator for your forum - keep this in mind if you want your character to rule over a clan. It's not all fun and games, it is a real responsibility IC and OOC.
Mates, Relationships & Kits Rules
Questions on this should be directed solely to managers or admins. (Aveine or Ebony.)
¤ Mates. They are allowed and even encouraged! Just about anything goes, except for graphic sexual content. Again, this isn't a smut roleplay forum. Questions on this should be directed towards managers or admins only.
¤ Kits. If both members have agreed that their characters should have kits, and they have members waiting to play their kits already, they may have up to three without rolling the dice. They may still request for staff to roll the dice to see if StarClan or the Dark Forest has any special involvement in their kits. If you do not already have players for your kits, you must request for staff to roll the dice. Questions on this should be directed towards managers or admins only.
¤ Force breeding. If both members have agreed to this prior to it happening in the roleplay, it is allowed. If it is not agreed on beforehand, the instigator could face consequences. Questions on this should be directed towards managers or admins only.
These rules may be modified or added to at any time without warning. Members are still required to follow them, regardless.
